Admission Fee Refund Policy

At IMSC HIGGS BOSON ACADEMY, students are encouraged to attend demo classes and evaluate the teaching methodology before taking admission. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following refund policy shall apply.

Demo Class Provision

  • Students may attend demo classes as permitted by the academy before confirming admission.
  • Admission taken after attending demo classes shall be considered as acceptance of the academy's teaching methodology, facilities, and academic environment.

Refund Eligibility

Important: A student who has attended more than three (3) demo classes/days and subsequently takes admission shall not be eligible for any refund of fees under any circumstances.
  • Fees paid after attending more than three demo classes/days will be treated as final and non-refundable.

Admission Cancellation

  • Requests for admission cancellation must be submitted in writing to the academy administration.
  • Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed only after approval by the management and after deduction of applicable administrative charges.

  • Registration Fee
  • Admission Fee
  • Study Material Fee
  • Examination Fee
  • Any Other Administrative Charges

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Any exception shall be solely at the discretion of the Director/Management.
  • The management's decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

Acceptance of Policy

By taking admission and depositing fees, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted this refund policy.

Refund Request Form

Students seeking cancellation of admission and requesting a refund (where applicable) must submit the official Refund Request Form along with supporting documents.
